Position Overview:
As an IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise), you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch support and solutions. This is a fantastic role for someone with MSP exposure looking to accelerate their career path.

Job Responsibilities:

  • IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and cloud offerings, as well as virtual environments
  • Troubleshooting workstation, networking, and server issues remotely
  • Manage and support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
  • Technical support of networking equipment: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Microsoft 365 administration & licensing
  • Azure Entra ID management

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ years working for a Managed Service Provider Experience required*
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 – E-mail, OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Experience with Remote access and VPN solutions
  • Installation and configuration of applications for a network environment.
