IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise)
We have a position open for a IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise) to function as a support specialist working for a Managed Service Provider that has nearly doubled in size over the last 4 years!
The IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise) will provide end user support on the service desk and eventually assist senior engineers with project-based work. The IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (ConnectWise) is an ideal role for an IT Professional that has exposure in the MSP space and is looking to quickly progress their IT career.
IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 ( MSP) Day to Day
- IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and cloud offerings, as well as virtual environments
- Troubleshooting workstation, networking, and server issues remotely
- Manage and support disaster recovery and business continuity solutions
- Technical support of networking equipment: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
- Maintain and create documentation for hardware, applications, and SOP’s
IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 ( MSP) Job Requirements:
- 1+ years working for a Managed Service Provider Experience required*
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure AD a plus
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 – E-mail, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Experience with Remote access and VPN solutions
- Experience supporting Windows 2016/2012/2008/servers
- Installation and configuration of applications for a network environment.
- Backup systems including StorageCraft, Datto, and other backup Systems
