Responsibilities:

  • Administer and monitor client systems proactively using Kaseya.
  • Identify recurring issues and develop automation or standardization solutions.
  • Manage security standards, including phishing protection, patching, and compliance.
  • Optimize backups and hardware provisioning using Datto.
  • Standardize onboarding processes for new clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency and reduce reactive support.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Experience using Kaseya for system administration and monitoring.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Datto RMM, Autotask, IT Glue, SaaS Protect, and EDR.
