We are seeking a Tier 2 Support Engineer who is excited about working on projects, including deployments and network builds.

IT Support Specialist Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:
  • Administer Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, and desktop operating systems across various client platforms.
  • Participate in projects and deployments, dedicating up to 30% of your time to these initiatives.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot client backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Provide diagnostics and support for workstations and peripherals.
  • Escalate customer issues through appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Document support issues and actions taken in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing system.

IT Support Specialist Tier 2 (MSP) Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Tier 2 support role or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, Azure AD, and desktop support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on projects and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
