IT Support Specialist Tier 2 (Onsite & Remote Support) – MSP

The hired IT Support Specialist Tier 2: will be interacting with customers, end-users, troubleshooting issues on systems, and providing general technical support remotely and onsite.

The IT Support Specialist Tier 2 is an ideal role for anyone who enjoys being client-facing and is looking to exposure to more technology in diverse environments.

IT Support Specialist Tier 2 (Onsite & Remote Support) – MSP:

 Job Requirements:

  • Computer Hardware; Software Troubleshooting
  • Strong background with Windows 10
  • Desktop support experience
  • Networking/troubleshooting knowledge
  • Knowledge of Windows and Servers, Active Directory, Exchange On-Prem or Office 365
  • 1+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider Required
  • MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA preferred
