We’re looking for a client-facing IT Support Specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a solid generalist foundation, and enjoys collaborating with both clients and internal teams. You’ll split your time between our Manhattan office and client sites throughout the five boroughs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and user accounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Mac and Windows environments
  • Administer and support Office 365 (user setup, licensing, email, and Teams)
  • Assist with Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune
  • Manage basic networking tasks (DHCP, DNS, firewall and Wi-Fi configurations)
  • Support implementation of technical solutions and co-managed environments
  • Use RMM tools like ConnectWise, Automate, and IT Glue to manage and document client systems

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or desktop support role (MSP or client-facing experience strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in:
    • Office 365 administration (user/license management, distribution groups)
    • Active Directory and Azure AD Connect
    • Windows OS (required); MacOS (a plus, but can be trained)
    • Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, basic firewall setup)
  • Experience with RMM and documentation tools (ConnectWise, Automate, IT Glue or similar)
  • Great communication skills, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
  • Must be commutable to Manhattan and across NYC boroughs—this role requires 5 days a week onsite/in-office or at client locations
