IT Support Specialist Tier II – MSP (Partial Remote)
Location: Partial Remote (Based in NJ with occasional travel to Secaucus, NJ)
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, networks, and servers.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and updates.
- Support Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google environments.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven IT support experience; MSP experience is a big plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Windows 10, Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service.
