IT Support Superhero – MSP Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Evaluate and manage needs on a per-customer basis
- Experience handling escalated tickets in an SLA-driven environment – MSP REQUIRED
- Resolve issues presented by clients to help our helpdesk
- Experience with the Kaseya VSA & VMS is a must
- Manage the retirement of obsolete technologies/services when required
- Hosted Exchange & O365 administration
- Windows Server 2012+, including AD, GPOs, File, DHCP, etc.
- Familiarity with basic networking fundamentals and setup, patching equipment, and terminating of
cables to data ports, patch panels, and connectors - Excellent organizational skills, including maintenance and design of policies and procedures including forms, call tickets, and client service records.
