IT Support Technician (ConnectWise)

We are looking for a MSP experienced IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) who shares our passion for technology and customer service. The IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) main areas of responsibility are to troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to our customers, all while providing excellent customer service. Key technologies you will work with as an IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) are Windows Server, M365, AD/GPO, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Meraki, SonicWALL, and any Citrix experience is a plus.

IT Support Technician (ConnectWise) Requirements:

  • Tracking & documenting support activities, using ConnectWise PSA and RMM.
  • Windows 10 and up – installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Active Directory administration
  • Microsoft Server OS – all versions
  • Microsoft 365 – multiple applications
  • VMware and Hyper-V, Citrix a major plus
  • Azure Entra ID and Intune
  • Diagnosing and resolving network issues, including ping testing, IP configuration, and understanding network topology
  • Administration of Meraki and SonicWALL firewalls
