IT Support Technician – Junior Support Team – MSP

IT Support Technician – Junior Support Team – MSP should have IT support and light projects experience working within the Managed Services industry or supporting multiple SMB environments within an SLA environment.

IT Support Technician – Junior Support Team – MSP Requirement:

  • Being the first point of defense and trying to resolve the issues before escalating the issue
  • Administration of Office 365
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and/or support
  • Supporting On-boarding/off-boarding
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting user hardware
  • Triaging incoming customer support tickets and working through them
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent at communicating in a way that makes sense to non-technical people (face-to-face and written)
  • Prefer experience working with Active Directory, and ConnectWise
