We’re looking for an IT Support Technician Level 1.5 (MSP) to join our growing team. This role bridges basic helpdesk support with advanced troubleshooting, providing a path toward a fully-fledged Level 2 position in our company. In the IT Support Technician Level 1.5 (MSP) role, you’ll provide day-to-day support for desktops, servers, and networks, supporting end-users remotely and occasionally on-site. You’ll handle escalated Level 1 tasks while being exposed to more complex troubleshooting and project work under the guidance of senior team members. The position offers room for growth, training, and certification support to help you advance your career in IT.

IT Support Technician Level 1.5 (MSP) Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Level 1 and some Level 2 support requests, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Support client environments using Windows OS, M365, and common MSP platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask, Ninja, etc).
  • Resolve connectivity issues with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other common networking protocols.
  • Assist with email configuration and troubleshooting in Exchange and M365.
  • Support Microsoft Entra ID and Intune
  • Monitor and respond to tickets in the help desk system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Perform basic server and network maintenance under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Document processes, solutions, and network configurations for efficient knowledge sharing.
