IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP):

The IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) will be responsible for handling escalated tickets and service requests. This relates to all technology, to include: workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software. The IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) should we well rounded comfortable supporting client systems and networking issues.

You must be able to obtain a security clearance to be considered for the IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) role.

IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:

  • Apple & Android Support – Understanding of networking
  • Understanding of network security
  • Experience with firewalls
  • Server support experience
  • RDS / Terminal Server Experience
  • Experience working with a team on a project – ISP/MSP Helpdesk
  • Office 365 / Hosted Exchange
  • Full DNS, IP, Network understanding, Routing and Switching
  • Active Directory: Moves, Adds & Changes
  • Experience supporting end users on the phone and face to face
  • Advanced Desktop support (Hardware, Software)
  • Operating System Support (Servers, Workstations)
  • Outlook, Microsoft Office Troubleshooting
  • Applicants will be considered more closely with the following skills
  • Network + Certified (a plus)
  • A+ Certified (a plus)
  • Wiring Experience is a Bonus
