IT Support Technician Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Apple & Android Support – Understanding of networking
- Understanding of network security
- Experience with firewalls
- Server support experience
- RDS / Terminal Server Experience
- Experience working with a team on a project – ISP/MSP Helpdesk
- Office 365 / Hosted Exchange
- Full DNS, IP, Network understanding, Routing and Switching
- Active Directory: Moves, Adds & Changes
- Experience supporting end users on the phone and face to face
- Advanced Desktop support (Hardware, Software)
- Operating System Support (Servers, Workstations)
- Outlook, Microsoft Office Troubleshooting
- Applicants will be considered more closely with the following skills
- Network + Certified (a plus)
- A+ Certified (a plus)
- Wiring Experience is a Bonus
