What You’ll Do:
- Provide desktop, laptop, and mobile device support (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for business clients.
- Assist with system builds, workstation setups, and structured cabling.
- Work alongside remote engineers to deploy and configure IT solutions.
- Act as the face of IT support, ensuring an outstanding client experience.
- Document tickets and solutions accurately and efficiently in IT systems.
- Travel to client sites around Dallas/Fort Worth (company-paid mileage).
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Experience with MSP tools like Autotask, ConnectWise Automate, or IT Glue (a plus).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments, networking, and hardware.
- Ability to rack and stack servers, firewalls, and switches (lifting up to 30 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first approach.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license.
