IT Support Technician (MSP) Technical Proficiency:
- Windows Server & Desktop OS (all versions)
- Desktop applications (Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc…)
- Microsoft networking, Active Directory, SQL, and other technologies
- Basic network LAN/WAN architecture
- Networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc…)
- ConnectWise or similar products
