IT Support Technician Tier 1 (MSP)
We currently have a position opening for a IT Support Technician Tier 1 (MSP) to join our service desk team located in Virginia. The IT Support Technician Tier 1 (MSP) will resolve issues on the Service Desk working with Windows environments, troubleshooting O365, and managing accounts in active directory. This is a full-time role with excellent benefits and training.
IT Support Technician Tier 1 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
- Complete remote access solution implementation and support: VPN and Terminal Services
- Monitor the manage system alerts & resolve incoming tickets at a tier 1 level
- Provide IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications/operating systems
IT Support Technician Tier 1 (MSP) Requirements:
- 6+ months experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- 6+ months experience with ConnectWise
- Familiar with active directory, O365 troubleshooting, and providing desktop support
