IT Support Tier 1 (Ticket Crusher) MSP Job Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with M365 and Office365 applications, including Intune and Exchange
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities/work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Windows Server tools, such as PowerShell, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Troubleshooting various IT peripherals, including monitors, printers, cameras, and other connected devices
IT Support Tier 1 (Ticket Crusher) MSP Salary & Benefits:
- Salary $50k-$65k
- Paid time off (PTO) of up to three weeks, which increases with tenure
