IT Support Tier 1 (Ticket Crusher) MSP Job Responsibilities:

Familiarity with M365 and Office365 applications, including Intune and Exchange
Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Azure Services
Proficiency in Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Strong problem-solving abilities/work in a fast pace environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with Windows Server tools, such as PowerShell, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Troubleshooting various IT peripherals, including monitors, printers, cameras, and other connected devices

IT Support Tier 1 (Ticket Crusher) MSP Salary & Benefits:

Salary $50k-$65k
