IT Support Tier II & IT Consultant (MSP):

We are seeking a IT Support Tier II & IT Consultant who will be responsible for MSP Business building strong long-term client relationships by providing technology guidance that aligns with the client’s business strategy and their overall business processes.

The IT Support Tier II & IT Consultant (MSP) will will be responsible for IT strategy development, IT solutions discovery, service management, ticket resolution and relationship management.

IT Support Tier II & IT Consultant (MSP) Requirements: 

  • 3+ years working in a similar role for a Managed Service Provider
  • Hands on technical background preferred
  • Must be familiar with technologies such as O365, Azure, Active Directory, Cisco, Windows Servers
  • Recommending new technologies and hardware and software solutions to clients.
  • Proven customer service and problem-solving skills, working directly with clients.
  •  You are great with process and receptive to new ideas and new ways of doing work.
  • You are service-oriented and collaborative with the ability to develop and build strong relationships.
  • You are comfortable working with C-suite executives in a consultative fashion
