IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP
We seek an IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP to join the Managed Services team to onboard new small to mid-size companies to the Cloud. The IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP will perform network assessments and provide hands-on IT migration and deployment of servers and networks.
The IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies. The IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP will heavily use MS Office 365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP candidate will be responsible for escalation support and administrating cloud technologies.
IT System Admin Level 2 – MSP Experience:
- Recommend solutions and services to C-levels
- 2+ years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
- Migration experience / Hybrid Cloud and on-prem
- Knowledge of (AD, O365, Azure) and Network support (Switches, routers, firewalls)
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Knowledgeable in Hyper-V / VMWare
- Knowledgeable in network and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.)
- Excellent desktop and laptop deployment and support experience
- User account maintenance
- SharePoint and Teams experience
- Windows 10 OS and MAC OS experience
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting phone systems
