IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP
We seek an IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP to join the Managed Services team to onboard new small to mid-size companies to the Cloud. The IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP will spend some of their time visiting local SMB client sites to perform network assessments and provide hands-on IT migration and deployment of servers and networks.
The IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing new SMB clients with project deployments and migrations to Cloud technologies. The IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP will heavily use MS Office 365 and MS Azure and work hands-on with desktops/networking and a few physical servers. The IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP will assist end-users in all areas of need while identifying risks and problematic issues.
IT System Admin – Tier 2 MSP Experience:
- A minimum of 4 years of recent relevant working experience
- Experience working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED
- Understand and support 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and 2019
- Knowledge of Exchange (Azure, O365 is a plus), Active Directory, GPO, DNS
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Migration and Deployments of O365/G-Suite/Servers
- Knowledgeable in Hyper-V / VMWare migrations and deployments
- Experience configuring firewalls (SonicWALL)
- Azure AD experience
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
