IT System Administrator – Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting VMware and Windows Server (Active Directory and Group Policy) and implementing solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
- Office 365, Intune, and Microsoft Azure (Azure AD Daily, experience with Azure VMs a plus)
- Recommendation, testing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software for clients
- Experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Assist with New client onboarding Onsite
- Backup Implementation and maintenance
- Windows File Share/DFS deployment and troubleshooting
- Assist in software and equipment patching and maintenance for clients
- Assist Network Engineering teams in specific project tasks as directed
IT Systems Administrator – Requirements
- Must have experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- In depth experience with M365 suite
- Experience with VMWare and Virtualization
- Experience and understanding with Networking (Cisco, Meraki, Sophos, FortiGate, TCP/IP subnetting, routers, switches, and firewalls)
- Administration of enterprise e-mail application, including add/remove users and group, configure folder permissions if applicable, forward mail to other accounts, and add aliases, replication, and clustering Microsoft Windows
- Azure AD configuration and maintenance
- ConnectWise Automate
- Windows Desktop OS support and troubleshooting
- Windows Server OS configuration and support
