The IT System Administrator (ConnectWise) is responsible for managing multiple priorities and following through on projects to their completion. As the IT System Administrator (ConnectWise) you will be responsible for the overall infrastructure across multiple domains. You will be part of a team that designs, installs, maintains, and troubleshoots client networks, servers, and workstations.

IT System Administrator (ConnectWise) Requirements:

  • Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows Servers
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
  • Implementing or configuring Office 365 and G-Suite
  • Implementing client/server applications
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades
  • Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Cloud experience via AWS/AZURE
