The IT System Administrator (ConnectWise/VMware) MSP will be working on supporting migrations projects, working with network applications, and configuring new equipment. You must have experience with Azure, Azure Backup, M365, SonicWall, and Cisco networking (Meraki).
IT System Administrator (ConnectWise/VMware) MSP Duties:
- Provide on-site technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Set up and configure new equipment for end-users, including peripherals and software
- Ensure proper functioning of computer systems, networks, and applications
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support or other IT staff, as needed
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
- Assist with IT projects, as needed
