IT System Administrator – Escalations & Projects (MSP)

We are organically growing, seeking a IT System Administrator – Escalations & Projects (MSP) with previous experience working for a MSP or CSP. As a IT System Administrator – Escalations & Projects (MSP), you will take L3 escalations and spend a majority of your time on project based work. The IT System Administrator – Escalations & Projects (MSP) responsibilities include working with high-value clients, designing and implementing infrastructures, moving clients from on-prem solutions to cloud solutions, and modernizing infrastructures. This is a full-time and permanent opportunity with a salary between $90K – $100K, depending on experience.

IT System Administrator – Escalations & Projects (MSP) Responsibilities:

  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously on a team
  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in; servers, routers/switches/firewalls.
  • Design, Implement, and Support Hyper V, Azure, and Intune.
  • M365/Azure Migration and Administration experience
  • Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i.e., installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..).
