IT System Administrator – Escalations & Projects (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously on a team
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in; servers, routers/switches/firewalls.
- Design, Implement, and Support Hyper V, Azure, and Intune.
- M365/Azure Migration and Administration experience
- Design, Implement, and Support LAN/WAN technologies (i.e., installation of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, etc..).
