IT System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP):

We offer technology hosting, monitoring, management, helpdesk, disaster prevention and recovery, as well as 360° cybersecurity programs, Incident response, Security Operations (SOC) and cybersecurity consulting. At this time, we are seeking an IT System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) who will split their time evenly in the office and working from home.

The IT System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) is a mix of projects and L2 escalations. Some examples of projects the IT System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) will work on are M365 migrations, server deployments, firewall configurations, and Azure deployments.

IT System Administrator Hybrid WFH (MSP) Technical Requirements:

  • Ability to handle and resolve escalated network and server support issues independently and with minimal supervision
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
  • Troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012-2022
  • M365 administration and migrations
  • Active Directory and Group Policy creation
  • VMware and/or Hyper-V experience
  • Implementing network software and hardware upgrades. (Cisco Meraki; SonicWall, FortiGate).
  • Configuring and managing firewalls, switches, WAPs, VPNs, and other network appliances.
  • Azure administration and support
