IT System Administrator “Jack of All Trades” Position Overview:
We are a Managed and Cloud Services provider that has been in business for over 20 years. We provide a variety of technical solutions for small and medium-sized businesses including managed IT services, project management, managed cloud services, backup and disaster recovery solutions, and web and application development. We are currently in need of an IT System Administrator “Jack of All Trades” with previous experience working for a MSP. As a IT System Administrator, you will have the opportunity to manage the technology infrastructures for multiple clients in a variety of different industries. This includes supporting and maintaining servers, desktops, firewalls, network equipment, software applications, backup systems, and more. We are looking for a technologically-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated IT System Administrator “Jack of All Trades” who can provide outstanding service for our clients.
IT System Administrator “Jack of All Trades” Required Skills:
- Ability to migrate servers and perform M365 migrations
- Solid Working Knowledge of Firewall Technologies including VPN ‐ SonicWALL shop
- Experience with troubleshooting and deploying Windows 2012 through 2022 servers
- Extensive network skills and experience including TCP/IP; DHCP, DNS, WINS, Workgroups, Domains, Active Directory.
- The configuration, management, and troubleshooting of firewalls, switches, and routers.
- Support Hybrid and Full Azure environments
- Experience with ConnectWise (or comparable products such as Autotask)
