IT System Administrator L2 Overview:

We are rapidly expanding Cloud and Managed IT Services Provider servicing businesses ranging from medium to enterprise size. The average client has 500+ end users and we’re moving all clients into hybrid or full Cloud environments (primarily Azure). We also offer Security-as-a-Service to our clientele. Due to an influx of business, we are seeing an IT System Administrator L2 to join our Professional Services Team.

The IT System Administrator L2 will be working directly with other System and Network Administrators as well as Sr Engineers on projects. The ideal IT System Administrator L2 candidate will will be someone who is eager to promote their skills, has a diverse technical skill set, capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure with excellent client interaction and communication skills.

We need the IT System Administrator L2 to have at least 1 year of previous MSP experience. This position is partial remote allowing you to work from home 3 days per week.

IT System Administrator L2 Job Duties:

-On-premises to cloud migrations on a team (exchange, SharePoint)
-Install, configure, and monitor client LANs, WI-FI, WANs, and Internet
-Install, monitor, troubleshoot OS’s, software, hardware, backups, and other computer infrastructure
-Configure workstations, deploy tablets, phones, printers, imaging devices, new equipment, and other peripherals
-Communicate with clients and vendors
-Maintenance and troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks

IT System Administrator L2 Requirements:

-2 years minimum work experience in Windows Domains
-Excellent communication skills with non-technical clients
-Strong Active Directory experience
-Virtualization Experience (Azure/Hyper-V preferred, VMWare is ok)
-Strong network knowledge (firewalls, VLANs, VoIP)
-Azure/O365 knowledge
