IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP)

Due to an increase in revenue, we are seeking an IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) to join our team of 40. We pride ourselves on being a place employees enjoy working, evidenced by our average tenure being 4 years.
The IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) primary responsibility will be providing advanced support to clients and working on infrastructure based projects. The IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) will support Windows Servers, M365 administration, Datto, configuring/maintaining virtual servers (VMWare/Hyper-V), SonicWALL or Cisco firewall administration, and cloud computing (Azure).
Candidates for the IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) must have previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider or supporting multiple businesses concurrently.
IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, and 2022 Server roles
- Onsite installing, troubleshooting, and managing Microsoft products (Windows 11, and MS Office application suite) as well as Macs
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
- Experience Azure (Entra ID, Intune, and VMs are a plus)
- Thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture
- Configuration, management, and troubleshooting skills for routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, SonicWALL)
IT System Administrator – Level 2 (MSP) Salary + Benefits:
- $70,000 – $80,000
