We are maintaining steady growth and seeking an IT System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/Azure) to join our team. The IT System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/Azure) plays a crucial role by bridging the gap between Help Desk Technicians and Senior Engineers. As a hungry IT System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/Azure), As a hungry System Engineer, you will primarily focus on providing advanced support while also contributing to projects.
IT System Administrator Level 2 (MSP/Azure) Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Previous MSP experience
- Ensure the smooth operation of systems through routine maintenance and detailed documentation for Server Administration (OS, AD, GPO)
- Support and configuration of Windows Server versions 2016-2022
- Proficiency in M365, including license and subscription management.
- Mid-level or higher familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of network troubleshooting, firewall management, and networking components.
- Address escalations, including BCDR (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery) incidents, critical errors, failed events from backups, file and folder restoration, and virtual environment remediation.
- Administration of Azure environments (Entra ID, Intune, VMs, etc)
