IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP

The IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP will working as point of escalation for our medium to large size clients. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (L2) – MSP will support senior engineers on projects or migrations. They will also work closely with virtualization, networking and cloud tools on the daily.

IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP:

  • Experience supporting End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
  • Technical experience with network level: LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
  • Experience with Windows OS and server from 2008-2019
  • Knowledge and experience with building and managing firewalls
  • Experience working with one of the following tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc…).
  • Onsite or remote support relating to technical issues involving all of Microsoft’s core business applications (AD, DNS, Exchange, Hyper-V, etc.), VMware, and Client Operating Systems

IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP – MSP Salary / Benefits:
