IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP

The IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP will working as point of escalation for our medium to large size clients. The Hybrid IT System Administrator (L2) – MSP will support senior engineers on projects or migrations. They will also work closely with virtualization, networking and cloud tools on the daily.

IT System Administrator (Level 2) – MSP:

Experience supporting End User IT Support, Cloud, O365 troubleshooting/administration, virtualization, Windows System Administration, and general Network Administration (TCP/IP)
Technical experience with network level: LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless
Experience with Windows OS and server from 2008-2019
Knowledge and experience with building and managing firewalls
Experience working with one of the following tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, etc…).
Onsite or remote support relating to technical issues involving all of Microsoft’s core business applications (AD, DNS, Exchange, Hyper-V, etc.), VMware, and Client Operating Systems
