IT System Administrator Level 2 – MSP

We are seeking an IT System Administrator Level 2 – MSP to join our team. You will be working with Senior Engineers on ongoing projects with migrations. You will also be working in a team environment to resolve issues that our clients encounter. You will be working closely with Azure, O365, ConnectWise, and SonicWall.
IT System Administrator Level 2 – MSP Requirements:
- Understanding and supporting 24/7 infrastructure and business-critical applications
- Migration experience / Hybrid Cloud and on-prem
- Knowledge of Exchange (Azure, O365 is a plus), Active Directory, DNS
- Configure and install various computer and Windows servers
- Ticketing system and RMM experience (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Datto, SolarWinds, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Citrix and VMware migrations and deployments
- Virtualization/cloud computing technologies, specifically VMware and performing P2Vs
- Level 2 experience in network and firewalls Cisco, SonicWall, Meraki, Fortinet, AV, CFS, routing, switching, network access control systems, WiFi
- Install and integrate new server hardware and applications under the supervision of a more senior engineer
IT System Administrator Level 2 – MSP Salary & Benefits:
