IT System Administrator Level 2 (MSP)

Our solutions include cloud computing, network solutions, managed services and professional services.
We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking to hire a System Administrator Level 2. The System Engineer should have mid to senior level technical knowledge and strong customer interfacing skills. The System Administrator will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technology working on both projects and providing escalated support to our customers. This position is a hybrid role requiring you to be in office and allowing for some work from home flexibility.
IT System Administrator Level 2 (MSP) Requirements
- 2+ years Managed Service Provider experience required.
- 3+ years experience in administration, configuration, management and design of Windows Server-based environments
- Experience configuring and installing various computer and Windows servers
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure experience
- Migrate O365/G-Suite/Servers
- Familiarity with virtualization requirements, including VMWare
- Experience supporting, configuring, and upgrading corporate customer’s networks (routers/switches/firewalls) and in house servers
