IT System Administrator (Local WFH)- MSP

IT System Administrator (Local WFH)- MSP Duties:
- Proven experience in IT support with a focus on the areas mentioned above
- Strong understanding of desktop operating systems, both Windows and Mac
- Experience with O365, ConnectWise, and Active Directory functionalities
- Knowledge of backup solutions and troubleshooting remote desktop services and VPN.
- Proficiency in core network components and the ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Experience working with desktop VPN connectivity troubleshooting and configuration (Cisco and SonicWall)
- Experience working with working with Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
IT System Administrator (Local WFH)- MSP Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $50,000-$60,000
- Full-Time/ 100% Remote Role (Must Live in the DMV)
