The IT System Administrator (Managed Services) will split their time between supporting clients in our office and onsite. As a IT System Administrator (Managed Services) you will work with Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, SonicWALL, Azure, and Cyber Security.
IT System Administrator (Managed Services) Requirements:
- Solid expertise in desktop and application support, demonstrating the capability to work autonomously and deliver direct assistance for desktop/laptop PCs at an advanced level.
- Solid understanding of server troubleshooting fundamentals.
- Proficiency in handling networking devices, including the capacity to engage with them and execute minor configuration adjustments.
- Proficient background in managing security appliances, firewalls, and anti-virus solutions.
- Exceptional aptitude for resolving intricate problems, ensuring efficient management of technical obstacles.
- Exceptionally adept at customer service and communication, both written and verbal.
- Proactively inclined and self-motivated, displaying competence in operating both individually and collaboratively within a team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history, along with access to a vehicle.
