IT System Administrator (Managed Services) Responsibilities:
- Perform routine system upgrades, including servers, endpoints, and network devices
- Proactive/Reactive optimization of customer managed network objects
- Administer Windows Based networks for multiple organizations
- Manage and oversee customer assigned projects outside of day-to-day IT support; such as network upgrades, server upgrades, application upgrades, computer upgrades, cloud migrations, and/or other projects related to customer technology
IT System Administrator (Managed Services) Requirements:
- Advanced network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers)
- Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, and GPO/AD)
- M365 Administration
- Data migration (M365/SharePoint/Azure)
- Patience and understanding in helping to resolve client issues
- Strong technical skills and willingness to learn
- Self-motivation
