IT System Administrator – Managed Services Provider Role Overview:

Our company is celebrating 20 years in business this year and are excited to have maintained over a decade of continuous growth (even in 2020). Our NJ team is seeking an IT MSP experienced System Administrator – Managed Services Provider. The IT System Administrator – Managed Services Provider will work on a team of 10 with the ability to work from home 2-3 days per week depending on client/company needs.

The IT System Administrator – Managed Services Provider will take L2/L3 tickets from ConnectWise work on projects autonomously, and with Senior Engineers. The IT System Administrator – Managed Services Provider should be familiar with a majority of the following technologies: Watchguard, SonicWALL, Office 365, Azure, AWS, Citrix, Windows Server, VMWare, Veeam, Bitdefender, Exclaimer, Passportal, Proofpoint, Addigy, SentinelOne, Umbrella.
