IT System Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Provide installation & configuration support of routers, servers, firewalls, & network equipment
- Performs configuration/implementation/management within Windows Server environments including Active Directory & Group Policy (Creating user accounts, Managing Security levels/principles, Login scripts, configuration/set up of network printers)
- Assist with cloud migrations and other projects
- Provide escalation support to various clients
IT System Administrator (MSP) Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a system administrator
- 2+ years working for a Managed Service Provider REQUIRED**
- Experience managing a set of small to medium size business clients
- Solid knowledge of/experience with office automation products, and remote control/support of: hardware, software, computer systems/servers, mobile devices, VoIP/telephony, and other technologies
- Exceptional follow-up and interpersonal (oral and written communication) skills
- Strong knowledge of Azure, O365, VMware, and Windows Servers
