IT System Administrator (MSP) Overview:

We are a rapidly expanding Managed and Cloud Services Provider that offers its employees with a multitude of growth opportunities, emphasizes work/life balance, and fostering a collaborative environment. We are seeking an IT System Administrator (MSP) who will be apart of our 35 person team.

The IT System Administrator (MSP) will play an integral role on ensuring client infrastructures are running smoothly. The IT System Administrator – ConnectWise (MSP) will utilize technologies such as M365, Windows Server, Group policy, Active Directory, firewalls, Azure, ConnectWise, Meraki, SonicWALL, and more.

IT System Administrator (MSP) Requirements:

  • ConnectWise or Autotask experience
  • Previous experience supporting Azure
  • Advanced server level knowledge and troubleshooting experience (AD/GPO/Scripting)
  • Must be highly proficient with Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer
  • Previous experience with virtualization platforms including VMWare and/or Hyper-V
  • Highly proficient with Active Directory, and GPO
  • Highly proficient with DNS, DHCP, and DFS
  • Intermediate networking experience and knowledge
  • Firewall experience (configuration and troubleshooting)
  • Office 365/Exchange experience – administration/support

IT System Administrator (MSP) Salary and Benefits:

  • $60,000 – $70,000
