The IT System Administrator (MSP) will be in charge of working on projects and handling escalated issues through ConnectWise. This position requires exceptional support for Microsoft Windows Servers (AD, DNS, GPO), VMware, M365, Azure, SonicWALL, and Meraki. This position requires previous experience working for a Managed Services Provider.

Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Microsoft Azure
VMware 5+
Workstation imaging development, deployment, and support
Storage Area Networks (SANs)
Software deployment tools
Line of Business applications and customizations
Firewalls, switches, and wireless networks

iManage and NetDocuments Document Management Systems
