IT System Administrator – MSP Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact on client support agreements
- Set up and install new end user devices, servers and network equipment
- Administer, manage, support and maintain Windows Desktops, Servers, Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Support Virtualization technologies VMware, HyperV, Azure Virtual Machines
- Support Network equipment (SonicWall, Fordinet, Cisco)
IT System Administrator MSP Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working for a Managed Service Provider
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure Entra ID & Virtual Machines
- Mid-level experience with Microsoft 365 including administration & migration support
- Experience supporting virtualization technologies Hyper-V, VMware or Azure
- Must have experience supporting multiple business clients
