IT System Administrator (MSP) Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert remote and onsite support for level 2/3 server and network issues.
- Assist with projects such as network set ups and cloud migrations and server upgrades
- Administer Windows Servers
- Set up and manage network equipment (SonicWALL, Merkai, Fortinet)
- Cloud Solution Management (Azure Entra ID, M365, Azure Virtual Machines)
- Manage user permissions and email accounts across AD/GPO
IT System Administrator (MSP) Technical Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in IT consulting with a strong grasp of hardware, software, and network solutions.
- Proficiency in Azure, M365 cloud solutions
- Expertise in Microsoft Windows and Windows Server (2012 R2 through 2022).
- Familiarity with VMWare/ HyperV virtualization technologies
