Due to recent growth, we are seeking a dynamic IT System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) to join our team. Responsibilities include providing onsite support to end users, resolving escalations from L1 support, and collaborating on various projects. The IT System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) role demands exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and meticulous documentation abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows server technologies (DHCP, DNS, GPO, AD), network troubleshooting (Firewalls/Switches/Routers), Azure, and familiarity with diverse hardware platforms is essential. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80K to $90K annually, commensurate with experience.

IT System Administrator (MSP/ConnectWise) Duties and Responsibilities:

Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Hyper-V.
Administration and deployment of Windows Server versions 2016/2019/2022
Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN, Remote Desktop Services, and wireless access points.
Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, both verbal and written, escalation of unresolved issues; and teamwork.
Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
