IT System Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP)

We are seeking a IT System Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) to join an extremely well run MSP. The IT System Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) will handle escalated tickets on the service desk and complete back end systems administration with occasional project work.

IT System Administrator & Network Administrator (MSP) Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Experience supporting Windows servers, VMWare, Hyper-V, and Azure
  • Good grasp and working knowledge of acronyms like IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP
  • Troubleshooting Network issues
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 (Active Directory, OU and GP management)
  • O365 Administration/Troubleshooting
  • ConnectWise Experience
  • Experience working in the Managed Service Provider industry is a must!!!!
