MSP System Administrator (Partial WFH):

We are rapidly growing with offices in Santa Ana and Los Angeles. We’re actively seeking a IT System Administrator (Partial WFH) to report to our Santa Ana office 1-2 days per week and work from home the remaining days. As a IT System Administrator (Partial WFH), you’ll be responsible for implementing and supporting internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as supporting Microsoft-related technologies, virtual environments on Azure and VMware, and disaster recovery solutions. You’ll also provide technical services and support for network connectivity, firewalls, and security, as well as remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
IT System Administrator (Partial WFH) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Microsoft’s core business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
- Support services for Microsoft-related technologies, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, as well as virtualization technologies on VMware and Azure.
- Implement and support remote access solutions like VPN and Microsoft Intune.
- Maintain remote monitoring and management systems and computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Improve customer satisfaction through effective communication, escalation of unresolved issues, and teamwork.
- Document internal processes and procedures and track time and expenses in ConnectWise.
