We are looking for an MSP experienced IT System Administrator Tier 2 comfortable handling escalated tickets with ConnectWise and System Administration tasks. The IT System Administrator Tier 2 will also assist Sr. Engineers with modernization of infrastructures, migrating clients to cloud solutions, and providing onsite support when needed. The IT System Administrator L2 should be well versed with Windows Server, M365 Administration, AD/GPO, VMware/Hyper-V, Azure Entra ID, InTune, and configuring Firewalls.

IT System Administrator Tier 2 Technical Skills:

  • Windows desktop support
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, & 2022
  • Networking configuration, management, and troubleshooting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Office/Microsoft 365 configuration, management, and troubleshooting
  • Firewall /VPN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Azure Entra ID and Intune support
  • LAN/WAN networks
