IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP)

The IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) will be closing tickets on the service desk and working on some project-based work (migrations, cloud, etc.) This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get more backend system administration exposure and work along side senior engineers on project based work.
IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities:
- Manage servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Manage virtualization technologies Vmware & HyperV
- Tier 2 service desk support
- Assist with Microsoft 365 migrations
- System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise and IT Glue
IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Skills/ Experience:
- Active Directory and Group Policy creation
- Microsoft 365, Public cloud experience (Azure)
- VMware ESXi or Hyper-V, P2V migrations
- Knowledge in Windows Server Administration.
- EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER**
- PowerShell scripting (a plus)
IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP) Benefits:
