IT System Administrator Tier 2 (MSP):

For over 25 years we have been providing Cloud and Managed Services to small to large sized businesses. Our focus is to improve our client’s performance through technology solutions, thus reducing IT expenditure while maintaining the highest levels of network up-time, hardware reliability, data integrity and application stability. Our current opening is a for a full-time, permanent System Administrator who has previous experience working in the MSP industry.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing clients’ software, hardware, and networks. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure security and availability, and provide excellent customer support. Key technology requirements are Windows Server, M365, VMware, Hyper-V, SonicWALL, FortiGate, Meraki, and Azure.

System Administrator Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of MSP experience required
  • Providing escalated support.
  • Engaging in administration and light project work with a strong focus on M365, MS Azure, Windows Server, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Hands-on work with desktops, networking, and Windows Servers.
  • Server and workstation support including installing and updating software and troubleshooting errors
  • Network troubleshooting (Meraki and SonicWall)
  • Printer, phone, and scanner support
  • Documenting resolutions and creating end-user instructions
